Many people ask us where we produce our chocolates. We spent many years searching for the right kitchen. We had very strict priorities: emphasis on cleanliness and consistent environmental conditions. After a few years of moving around, we finally decided to build our own. Our custom commercial kitchen allows us to control every aspect of production in order to deliver the best possible product we can. Since we built our own kitchen, we were able to add one unique feature no other kitchen has: a viewing window designed for all our curious cats. They love watching us work!
